We had a great experience with everyone we dealt with at RockWood. We took several months exploring options, different designs and finishes before we finalized everything. Our designer Ashley was incredibly helpful and patient with us throughout the process. Several visits to the store and several email exchanges took place, she was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining everything. Tommy came to our home twice just to make sure we were completely confident with our final design before we puled the trigger. We truly felt it was important to him that we were happy with our decisions. The installers were punctual, polite, and very hardworking. RockWood was quick to provide solutions when we faced some issues along the way and we would confidently recommend their services to family or friends.

I wasn’t planning on a kitchen re-do until a co-worker invited me to see her new kitchen designed and installed by RockWood Kitchens. She had so many compliments about the company and the exceptional professionalism by everyone involved that I made the call and set up an appointment with Tommy. I wasn’t sure what I wanted, but I knew I wanted to update my 20-year-old kitchen. It needed to be functional and modern, yet still work with the existing feel of our home.
Tommy was exceptional. From our first meeting, his passion about the business was undeniable. He truly was joyful over my enthusiasm. This was a man not looking for a quick sale!!! Through a very casual and easy conversation, and by taking a look at our workable space, Tommy was able to design a kitchen beyond my expectations. His pricing was very competitive, but the quality of the cabinetry was far superior.
The cabinets are beautifully constructed and the workmanship by the carpenters and installers was top notch. John did an absolutely amazing job on the install and the trim work detail elevated the elegance of the entire space.
Throughout the entire process, Tommy, Danielle and every person connected to our renovation was professional, passionate and all around good people. Try to get that from a “big-box” company!!

We were absolutely thrilled with the quality of service, price, and perfection of the installation of our kitchen. All of the Rockwood staff were courteous, professional, friendly, understanding and very knowledgeable. Several times along the way we changed some of our concept ideas which was never a problem with the Rockwood Staff. From the design stage to the installation of the kitchen cabinets and to the installation of the granite counter tops, there was not one glitch along the way! Rockwood happily sent service staff months after the kitchen was installed to make minor adjustments. They came quickly and were as attentive as they were in the beginning.


Rockwood was even able to produce all the bathroom vanities for our home, all of which we were thoroughly impressed with!


There is a good possibility that we will build again, and we already know that there is just one company we would consider for all our kitchen and vanity needs. Thank you Rockwood!
